Den 23/9 2012, undertecknande Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (DFM) och Attentus Göteborg AB med partners, ett avtal, vilket ger DFM rätten till förvärv av hela T-Engineering AB. Det är med stor glädje, som Attentus kan konstatera hur väl samarbetet fungerat med DFM. Attentus är övertygat om ett fortsatt gott samarbete.

“Dongfeng Motor Corporation and T Engineering AB in Sweden signed an agreement, the acquisition of T Engineering AB’s 70% stake. This means the first overseas R & D base of Dongfeng officially settled in Sweden, T Engineering AB company as Dongfeng overseas R & D team, will further enrich the east of the R & D resources to provide for the the independent passenger Dongfeng large utilities and commercial vehicles industry electronic control technology support and services, and accelerate the promote Dongfeng internationalization process.”
